It does not dry out during application and cures in a UV / LED lamp, giving the stylist unlimited time to create the nail art.
Play with colors, mix them up and create whole new shades.
Directions: Squeeze paints onto aluminum foil or pad, dip in brush and paint. After painting a pattern, place the nail in LED / UV lamp and cure for 60 seconds.
